With decades of experience in CNC machining, our Technical Department develops clamping fixtures and special tools.
Our machine tools are programmed using specific software that allow us to simulate the production process, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements.
From Prototype to Series Production
We work alongside our clients in the development and realization of prototype projects, providing continuous support through to the series production phase. We are capable of machining parts up to 2600 mm.
Medium and Small Batch Machining
With our 4- and 5-axis machining centers, we can process parts up to 2600 mm, focusing on medium and small batch production. Our expertise includes machining cast iron, aluminum, steel, and titanium components.
Finishing and Packaging
We pay close attention to deburring and finishing, ensuring perfectly refined and flawless surfaces.
The process is completed with meticulous packaging, designed to protect the product and maintain its integrity during the delivery.
